Refund policy

We hope you love your WIB purchase, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. You’ve got 30 days from the day your WIB order arrives to let us know if you need to send something back.

Our Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to accept it otherwise. Note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
We carefully check every order, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
